A fact states that 46% of workforce today represents millennials and the number is growing as I write and you read this.

Moreover, Generation Z has started getting employed.

This makes me feel a little concerned;

– Higher flexibility
– Greater empowerment
– Quick decisions

Hence as individuals and organisations

We all need to live by the policies that advocate the aspects as mentioned above; be mindful that the change has to be seen through behavior!
